Terence T. Flyntz, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Terence T. Flyntz has over 25 years of experience in the design and development of sophisticated IT security and secure communications systems for the Federal Government and Industry. Over the past 15 years he has been employed as a President, CEO, and CTO of several corporations involved in sophisticated software and hardware development for secure applications. Mr. Flyntz has a B.S. in Engineering and an M.S. in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He also holds a Juris Doctorate from the American University Washington College of Law. He is also listed as the principal inventor or co-inventor on a half dozen U.S. Patents.

Richard Vanderhyde, Executive Vice President

Mr. Richard Vanderhyde has almost 30 years of experience as a Vice President/General Manager of several engineering firms involved in the development of software and hardware for various DoD Projects. Over the past 10 years he has been involved with the operational management of several companies developing security solutions for the DoD Logistics Community. Mr. Vanderhyde has a B.S. in math from Villanova University.

Thomas Flyntz, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Thomas Flyntz has over 15 years of experience as a CFO for various engineering and technology services companies involved in providing products and services for the Federal Government and Industry. As a Certified Public Accountant he was the lead auditor for a major accounting firm for several large manufacturers of DoD aircraft and systems. Mr. Flyntz has a B.S. in Accounting from Washburn University.
