SPI signs Sentinel Licensing Agreement with Holocom Multi-Domain Computers

INDIAN HEAD, MD – (February 2, 2006) – Secured Processing Inc. (SPI) announced today that it had licensed the marketing, sales, and manufacturing rights to its NIAP Validated Sentinel Computer Security System to Holocom Multi-Domain Computers located in Carlsbad, California. The licensing agreement is for a term of five years after which, the licensed rights revert to SPI. SPI retains all patent rights and is solely responsible for implementing the design and development efforts as funded by Holocom, that are necessary to bring the Sentinel back to the production ready state it was in before the SPI Development and Assembly facility was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
